Returns and Refunds
Each Keepcase is made uniquely for you when ordered. Please double-check your design selection, as we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
If there’s a problem with your item (wrong print, damaged etc.), please contact us at contact@keepcase.store within 30 days and we’ll fix it. No need to send it back.
Ordered the wrong size or colour? While we do not accept returns and can’t offer a full refund in this situation, we’re happy to provide a one-time discount on a replacement.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note, minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.
Refunds
We will notify you to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
